Cashman Pushes Penguins Over the Edge
Reid Cashman pushed the Penguins over the edge tonight as they beat San Antonio 4-3 in over time. The Penguins looked good tonight, that is until late in the third period when the Rampage pulled net minder Josh Tordjman and scored two goals in just over one minute, good thing they didn't pull him sooner as I thought they were thinking.
A couple of nice goals by the Pens tonight Connor James had a great wrap around goal, great effort there by james. Pesonen had a great goal and he just couldn't seem to shake the Rampage tonight they seemed to be targeting him at times.
Johnson had a great tap in goal on a Janne Pesonen shot Tordjman didn't stand a chance and it really seemed to get under his skin. John Curry had a great game made some great saves.
Ryan Lannon was on hand for tonight's game, to bad he has his hand in a cast would have been good to see him on our ice again. His family was in also. I spoke to Ryan this afternoon outside the arena, he said he would have loved to have played here. Ryan said that this is always a great place to play.
